In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the 5777bct platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any of the Services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 5777bct platform and close your Account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 5777bct with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.

To access the full range of 5777bct Services, including real-money games and sports betting, you must register for a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate and that you will promptly notify 5777bct of any changes to your personal details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

One Account per person. Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the 5777bct platform. Duplicate or multiple Accounts — including those created under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. 5777bct employs automated detection systems to identify and close duplicate Accounts. Any balances or winnings accumulated across multiple Accounts may be voided.

5777bct reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for that refusal. Account approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional verification steps at any stage of the registration process.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account under any circumstances. 5777bct will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

By creating an Account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 5777bct may, at any time and without prior notice, request that you complete the KYC verification process to confirm your age and identity. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• A valid passport;
• A birth certificate in conjunction with a secondary photo ID;
• A utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement as proof of address.

If a User is found to be under the age of 18 at any point, their Account will be immediately closed, all transactions conducted through that Account will be voided, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, less any charges incurred in processing those transactions.

5777bct is committed to preventing underage gambling. All financial transactions on the 5777bct platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5777bct currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the User's Account balance within seconds of confirmed payment. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the Account balance. 5777bct does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits; however, Users are advised to check whether their payment provider applies any applicable transaction charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 5777bct payments team during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at the sole discretion of 5777bct.

Withdrawal conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The User's Account must have passed the required KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the User's verified real-money balance (Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn);
• The User must not be subject to any ongoing investigation, account restriction, or responsible gaming limit that affects withdrawals;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 5777bct Account holder.

5777bct reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending the outcome of those checks. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violation, 5777bct may freeze the Account and withhold withdrawal processing indefinitely pending investigation.

5777bct offers a range of promotional bonuses and rewards to both new and existing Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this general Bonus Policy, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Welcome bonus. New Users who successfully register, complete KYC verification, and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the Promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility and bonus amounts are subject to change and are not guaranteed to all Users.

Wagering requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement on 5777bct bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a different percentage than slots. The applicable contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's terms.

Bonus abuse. 5777bct operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear Wagering Requirements without exposing the bonus funds to genuine gambling risk; using automated or scripted betting software; and colluding with other Users to fulfil Wagering Requirements. Any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, their Account suspended, and their available balance reviewed.

Bonus expiry. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date on which the bonus was credited to the Account. Any unexpired Bonus Funds remaining at the end of this period will be removed from the Account balance automatically.

5777bct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In particular, 5777bct reserves the right to exclude any User from participating in a promotion if there is reasonable suspicion of attempted abuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

As a registered User of the 5777bct platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• Lawful use only. You will use the platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it in connection with any criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal enterprises.
• Accurate information. You will ensure that all personal information provided to 5777bct — including registration details, KYC documents, and payment information — is accurate, current, and authentic. You will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• No manipulation. You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or errors, interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, or use any software, algorithm, or device designed to give you an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• No automated access. You will not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated systems to access, interact with, or extract data from the 5777bct platform without prior written authorisation.
• Respectful conduct. You will interact respectfully with 5777bct staff and, where applicable, other Users. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing communication directed at 5777bct employees or support staff is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account suspension.
• Personal use only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You will not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds or benefits associated with it to any third party.
• Responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — should you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

Failure to comply with any of the obligations set out above may result in Account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

Voluntary closure. You may request the closure of your 5777bct Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before an Account can be closed, any outstanding Wagering Requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any pending withdrawal requests must be completed or cancelled. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Closure by 5777bct. 5777bct reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Confirmed underage gambling;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Bonus abuse or use of automated betting software;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.

Dormant accounts. An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 5777bct will attempt to notify the Account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormant account fee. If the Account remains inactive following notification, a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the User.

Effect of closure. Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by 5777bct — all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of closure: returned to the User in cases of voluntary closure, or retained pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud or terms breach.
